world's smartest baby!

Ladies and gentlemen, the time has come to utilize technology! Not only is Malachi the world's most handsome and attractive baby, he is also the world's smartest! Since this can't exactly be captured on film, here is his video debut! Enjoy my almost one-month-old little boy!

Baby Dedication was this past Sunday and it was Malachi's big "first appearance" at church. He slept through the entire on-stage experience and stayed asleep through the whole service. It meant a lot to us that Steve's and my family were able to be there (especially after a wedding the night before). Thank you to everyone (family and friends) who stood up for us during the service. We love you all!

Just in case you're wondering, a baby dedication is pretty much the parents of a baby publicly making a commitment to raise their child in a godly way. "Malachi" means "messenger of God" and it is my and Steve's purpose in life to make this meaning a reality in his life. That is our prayer for Malachi--that he would have Christ's compassion and his daddy's boldness when it comes to spreading such a worthy message.
